The first week of fall term has been busy. The week began with the first meeting of the new project team. I am excited to report that Untangling the Knot: Queer Voices on Marriage, Relationships & Identity has a strong, enthusiastic team of Ooligan students. The skill sets of the team members range from past publishing professionals to undergrads exploring new horizons, and from previous project managers to first-term graduate students. The scope of the team is sure to be an asset as we move forward with the production and marketing of the anthology

This week, the new members of the team are reading the essays in order to gain familiarity with the project. Returning team members are continuing the final stages of the manuscript preparation, building resources for blurb and review requests, and beginning our social media initiative. As a group, we have also evaluated a list of goals for the term, so everyone is on the same page.
